“ I have the chance to travel all over Quebec for work and I stop at small snack bars when things are nice. I must say that the poutine at La Paysanne canteen was among the best I have eaten! Golden and crispy fries, a nice portion of cheese on top and just enough sauce so it doesn't feel like soup! I had hot dogs too and they were perfect! I recommend 100%! ”
